We are looking for a Head of HR for our Apps business unit to:
- Grow the Apps project into a global leader in mobile application development.
- Ensure effective and rapid hiring of A-grade players for the Mobile Apps team, focusing on quality, speed (time-to-hire / time-to-productivity), and business results
- Influence team performance
- Work on employee efficiency
- Ensure retention of key employees and manage risks of losing top performers
- Develop and advise managerial skills among leaders: assist in building management, prioritization, and team collaboration
- Strengthen the company's Employer Brand in the Mobile Apps market to attract top candidates
- 10+ years of overall experience in human resources, including at least 3 years in the position of Head of HR / HR Director
- 2+ years of experience in HR/Recruitment within Mobile Apps / Web 2.0 / Web 2.0 App sectors.
- Managing the recruitment function in highly competitive niches, including hiring A-grade players
- Developing and implementing performance management systems (KPIs, regular evaluations, feedback)
- Building and executing onboarding, retention, and development processes with measurable results
- Retaining top performers
- Assessing and developing managerial skills
- Ability to work with HR and business metrics (hiring funnel, conversion rates, retention, performance) and make decisions based on them
- Building and optimizing HR processes in a rapidly scaling environment
- English — B2+, Ukrainian / Russian language
