We are looking for a Senior Recruiter Agency business unit to ensure a high-quality employee journey throughout the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding.
- Onboarding new hires, including employment documentation support, conducting welcome meetings, and monitoring adaptation plans.
- Conducting 1:1 meetings throughout the probation period.
- Conducting 1:1 meetings and Stay Interviews upon request from the Head of HR, employees, or on own initiative; escalating critical cases when necessary.
- Supporting employees during probation period completion, promotions, transfers, and changes in employment terms, including processing through People Force.
- Collecting and documenting feedback from managers and employees.
- Analyzing employee burnout and attrition risks, developing retention plans, and monitoring employee engagement and loyalty.
- Supporting Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and Performance Review processes.
- Assisting with the organization of company events, employee recognition programs, and celebrations.
- Conducting employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews for all employees except managers and complex cases.
- Advising employees on company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Providing timely and accurate reporting to the Head of HR and maintaining People Force and other HR systems.
- Conducting market research and preparing information upon request from the Head of HR (pricing, market conditions, ideas, benchmarks, etc.).
- Implementing HR practices and supporting the rollout of new policies and procedures (including updating People Force and coordinating internal communications).
- Monitoring probation periods, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and employee documentation within People Force.
- Performing other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Head of HR within the scope of Operational HR.
Must Have:
- Conducting onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as 1:1 meetings (identifying issues, assessing employee sentiment, and supporting motivation).
- Managing and supporting employees throughout the probation period.
- Handling basic-level employee relations and conflict resolution cases.
- Maintaining and updating HRIS records.
- Collecting, analyzing, and acting on employee feedback.
- Basic knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.
- Experience in organizing corporate events and employee engagement activities.
- You have a high level of emotional intelligence, mature communication skills, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with both the business and employees.

Nice to Have:
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Experience in organizing and facilitating Performance Reviews.
- Monitoring and supporting Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Conducting stay interviews.
- Strong skills in managing difficult conversations.
- Ability to identify and assess employee-related risks, including turnover, burnout, and workplace conflicts.
- Experience in developing and implementing retention plans.
