- launch and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads;
- build campaigns / ad sets / ads based on prepared approaches;
- launch and monitor creative and combination (creative-audience) tests;
- track spend, CPI, CAC/CPT, and other KPIs;
- turn off underperforming ads and scale working ones together with the lead media buyer;
- work with AppsFlyer and advertising analytics;
- maintain daily reporting on campaign launches;
- monitor the state of the advertising infrastructure;
- gradually take on independent ownership of individual apps/campaigns.
- mandatory condition: on-site work at the Prague office;
- intermediate hands-on experience working with Meta Ads;
- understanding of the Campaign → Ad Set → Ad structure;
- understanding of core performance metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPI, CPA/CAC;
- ability to analyze results, not just mechanically launch ads;
- attentiveness when working with links, naming, and tracking;
- readiness to work with a large volume of creatives and tests;
- familiarity with AppsFlyer / mobile attribution is a plus;
- experience with mobile apps will be a strong plus.
