Build and scale the CPA department to generate $1M+ monthly revenue while maintaining a $45 deposit cost cap — through efficient traffic acquisition, team development, and strategic partner management.
1. Partner Acquisition
-
Develop and execute strategies to attract new traffic partners (webmasters, affiliate teams).

Research affiliate market trends and outreach channels.

Identify, contact, and onboard new partners.

Present and negotiate offer terms.
2. Partner Management
-
Support current affiliates with traffic setup and scale.

Provide guidance on offer selection and optimization.

Build strong, long-term relationships with partners.
3. Traffic Quality Control
-
Analyze incoming traffic and conversion quality.

Identify and block suspicious sources.
-
Collaborate with anti-fraud systems.
4. Analytics & Reporting
-
Generate traffic and KPI reports.
-
Monitor conversion, FTD, and retention performance.

Evaluate partner efficiency and optimize ROI.
5. Team Leadership

Hire, train, and grow a high-performing CPA team.

Set goals and monitor progress.

Motivate, retain, and ensure performance consistency.
6. Finance & Payouts

Approve and oversee partner payments.

Verify balances and process payout requests.
7. Marketing Involvement
-
Represent the team at events, conferences, and online activities.
8. Tech & Tools
-
Ensure functionality of affiliate platform tools.

Select and maintain reporting and tracking systems.
Must-Haves:
-
2+ years in affiliate or CPA marketing with proven results. at least 100k
-
Deep understanding of CPA/CPL/CPS/RevShare models, funnels, and attribution logic.

Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Voluum).

Prior experience in the Utilities vertical. (already have a pool of pertners)

English proficiency (B2+ level).

Excellent communication skills and relationship-building mindset.
