πŸ”Ή Launching and Managing Advertising Campaigns  

- Setting up and running ads in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).  

- Working with various ad formats (carousels, videos, stories, lead forms, etc.).  

- Optimizing budgets and bids to achieve maximum ROI.  

 

πŸ”Ή Campaign Analysis and Optimization  

- Monitoring key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and improving them.  

- A/B testing creatives, offers, audiences, and strategies.  

- Reducing lead/conversion costs by adjusting the funnel and ads.  

 

πŸ”Ή Exploring New Strategies and Testing Hypotheses  

- Generating ideas and testing new approaches in targeting, offers, and creatives.  

- Analyzing trends and implementing advanced solutions to enhance effectiveness.  

- Identifying fresh audiences and unconventional promotion methods.  

 

πŸ”Ή Creating and Working with Creatives  

- Assigning tasks to designers and copywriters for effective ad materials.  

- Developing hypotheses to improve visual content and copy.  

- Testing different creative formats and analyzing their effectiveness.  

 

πŸ”Ή Working with Analytics and Tracking Tools  

- Setting up and ensuring the correct operation of the Facebook Pixel.  

- Utilizing analytical tools (Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, BI systems).  

 

πŸ”Ή Automation and Scaling  

- Using auto-rules, Lookalike audiences, and retargeting to scale campaigns.  

- Scaling successful campaigns and managing large budgets.  

 

πŸ“Œ Technical Competencies  

βœ… Experience working with Meta Ads Manager for mobile apps – confident campaign setup, management, and optimization.  

βœ… Experience managing budgets from $100K per month.  

βœ… Deep understanding of Facebook's auction system – working with bid and budget strategies.  

βœ… Analytical skills – ability to work with Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI, and interpret data.  

βœ… Knowledge of retargeting and Lookalike audience principles – ability to create effective sales funnels.  

βœ… A/B testing – hypothesis validation, analyzing the effectiveness of different audiences, creatives, and offers.  

βœ… Facebook Pixel setup skills – event tracking and correct data transmission.  

βœ… Copywriting and creative skills – understanding what texts and visuals perform best.  

βœ… English level B1 or higher.
