Active Clients Operations: Upsell, Optimization, Retention;

Reporting: provides monthly, weekly, daily reports or reports upon request regarding the current results, issues, workflow processes;

Checking daily stats of all clients signed after the account manager;
-
Moderation of pending widgets;
-
Working with clients’ requests (via email, teams, telegram, phone, other messengers);
-
Working w/ the recently transferred clients on possibilities to optimize and upsell;
-
Working on establishing personal relations with clients;
-
Working on other tasks upon request.

English level - B2+

Solid tech background (understanding of the functioning of the digital environment, fluency in working with all necessary software/tools, ability to quickly adapt to using new software tools necessary for work);

Being able to conduct the deep analysis of traffic, understand the influence of different factors on the metrics fluctuations, being able to find and solve the different types of issues

Being able to deliver the thought in a clear way, to influence clients to achieve necessary goals in situations that happen most often;

Being able to explain to a client all needed technical information in a clear way;

Establishing personal relations with clients.
