Own the design of high-performing, mobile-first user experiences across our product ecosystem: mobile apps, W2W funnels, and W2A landing pages.
This role is responsible for creating UX flows and polished UI from scratch, helping turn ideas into conversion-oriented, monetization-aware experiences that are both visually strong and commercially effective.
The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with executional excellence, understands mobile user behavior deeply, and can design experiences that improve acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
Proven senior-level experience in UX/UI design for mobile-first products.
Strong portfolio showing apps / funnels / landing pages, and end-to-end product design work.
Ability to create UX and UI from scratch, not only improve existing designs.
Deep understanding of mobile UX patterns, interaction design, responsive/adaptive layouts, and platform conventions.
Strong visual design skills: typography, spacing, hierarchy, composition, color, and conversion-oriented layout design.
Experience designing W2W funnels and/or similar acquisition / conversion-driven web flows.
Experience designing W2A landing pages with strong focus on performance and monetization outcomes.
Ability to design graphic assets for digital funnels and landing experiences.
Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma.
Strong prototyping skills for flows, interactions, and validation of ideas.
Responsibilities
Create UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for apps, funnels, and landing pages
Design mobile-first experiences from concept to delivery
Produce graphic assets for funnels and landing pages
Collaborate with product, growth, and development teams
Improve user journeys based on product goals, monetization logic, and performance data
Maintain consistency across design systems and reusable components

AI helper agents
1) onboarding, product and funnel audit, competitor review, quick wins, first design improvements
2) ownership of selected apps / funnels / landing design tasks, from UX flows to final UI and assets
3) independent delivery of key design initiatives, optimization proposals, stronger design system and process contribution
Senior experience in UX/UI design for mobile-first products
Strong portfolio with apps, funnels, and landing pages
Ability to design from scratch
Strong knowledge of mobile UX, UI systems, and conversion-oriented design
Experience in mobile / W2W-related product environments is mandatory
Product- and monetization-oriented mindset
Strong Figma skills
