We are looking for a Team Lead / JavaScript Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of a platform that automates creative production, ad campaign execution, landing builder, content management system, and web/mobile development.
This role combines hands-on engineering with team leadership. You will work across Vue, React, Node.js, and GCP/Firebase to design and build applications and automation systems, while also helping shape engineering processes, mentoring developers, and driving cross-functional execution.
We are especially interested in candidates who have prior team leadership experience, including experience leading engineers in a different technology domain such as iOS/Swift, and who can transfer strong leadership, ownership, and delivery practices into a full-stack JavaScript environment.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
Commercial experience with Node.js, Vue/React, and React Native.
Experience with GCP/Firebase (Cloud Functions, Firestore, Cloud Run).
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Firestore, MongoDB) and analytical databases such as ClickHouse.
Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Proven team leadership experience, including leading engineers, coordinating delivery, mentoring team members, and driving technical decisions.
Previous experience leading employees in another technical domain, such as iOS / Swift, is highly valued.
Strong ownership, independence, and ability to work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications using JavaScript, Vue/React, React Native and Node.js.
Guide the team in developing apps, microservices, and serverless functions on GCP/Firebase.
Build Web-to-App / Web-to-Web landing page builders and content management systems for mobile and web applications.
Drive implementation of automation for creative workflows and programmatic campaign operations.
Provide technical leadership: mentor engineers, review architecture and code, improve engineering standards, and support team growth.
Coordinate with Data, ML, Product, UA, and Creative teams to align technical execution with business goals.
Ensure high standards for code quality, reliability, observability, and CI/CD.
Help define and improve development processes, delivery planning, and team collaboration.

Experience with Swift / iOS development.
Experience with payment services such as PayPal or Stripe.
Experience with ad platform APIs such as Meta and TikTok.
Experience with marketing / payment analytics, including tools such as AppsFlyer, Adapty, or RevenueCat.
