Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills
  • Build and own the UA strategy for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) across multiple subscription apps (W2W + W2A).

  • Plan, launch and optimise campaigns: structure, bidding, audiences, placements, geos, budgets.

  • Set up and run high-velocity testing:

    • new angles, funnels, audiences, creatives;

    • clear hypotheses and success criteria for each test.

  • Work tightly with the Product Marketing, Creative Producer and Desginer to brief, test and scale high-performing video creatives.

  • Collaborate with Product and Analytics to align on targets (CAC, LTV, payback) and track performance by app / funnel / GEO.

  • Use attribution and analytics tools (MMP, AppHud / similar, BI dashboards) to understand user value and make decisions.

  • Implement automation ideas (rules, scripts, naming conventions, templates) to make UA workflow faster and more reliable.

  • Maintain basic documentation: campaign structures, playbooks, testing backlog, learnings.

  • Be an active partner in shaping the Apps Factory growth roadmap and priorities.

  • 3+ years of experience in user acquisition for Facebook / Meta Ads, ideally for subscription-based or other B2C digital products.

  • Proven track record of managing significant monthly budgets (e.g. 100k+ per month per app or 1M+ total) and hitting positive ROAS / payback goals.Experience specifically with W2W funnels (quizzes, landings, paywalls) and/or W2A for mobile apps.

  • Experience with US / Tier-1 markets and performance creatives for these audiences.

  • Background in working closely with Creative teams (producers, UGC, motion) and giving strong, data-backed feedback.

  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with CAC, LTV, cohorts, payback, contribution margin; able to turn data into clear decisions.

  • Hands-on experience with attribution / analytics / engagement tools (e.g. AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch, AppHud / similar, in-house dashboards).

  • Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, basic formulas, data cleaning).

  • Experience using or setting up automation for UA (rules in Ads Manager, scripts, bulk workflows, templates, etc.).

  • Ability to keep and update internal documentation: processes, testing plans, briefs for creatives and tech.

  • Comfortable working in a fast, experiment-driven environment with small cross-functional teams (UA, Product, Creative, Data).

  • B2+ English (you can read docs, discuss tests and market insights).
