Partner Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and onboard new DSP partners to expand traffic sources.

Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners; ensure smooth communication and operational stability.

Bidding Management: Oversee and optimize daily bidding strategies to achieve performance KPIs (ROI, CPA, CTR, CR).
-
Traffic Scaling: Search for and test new traffic supply sources (direct supply, SSPs) while maintaining efficiency metrics.

Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, evaluate competitors, and propose opportunities for growth.

2+ years of experience in a similar role (programmatic, ad tech, DSP/SSP, media buying).

Experience working with DSP platforms and deep understanding of RTB mechanics.

English level B1+ (comfortable written and verbal communication).

Strong analytical skills: understanding of CTR, CR, CPA, ROI, cohort analysis, and other key performance metrics.

Strong negotiation skills; ability to listen, adapt, and influence.

High level of self-organization, responsibility, and independence.

Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.
Experience with DSP integrations will be a plus
