Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills
  • Build, manage, and scale the Ad Accounts sales team

  • Build, manage, and scale the Lead Generation business development team

  • Design and optimize client acquisition and sales processes

  • Own financial reporting, sales analytics, and forecasting

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Delivery teams

  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events

  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and key client negotiations

Hard Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience selling advertising accounts (Meta, TikTok, Native)

  • Strong background in lead generation (offers, funnels, traffic, margins)

  • Experience building and managing sales teams

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing economics (spend, ROI, margins)

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales metrics and reporting

Leadership & Mindset

  • Hands-on leader with a strong execution focus

  • Able to build processes from scratch and scale them

  • Results-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable with ambitious targets

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
