- Working closely with partners to facilitate and close corporate deals, including structuring deals, performing due diligence, and negotiating terms;
- Drafting and revising transaction documents;
- Implementing legal compliance in the various areas of business operations;
- Working closely with KYC, AML, GDPR external providers
- Registration and support of non-resident companies
- Analysis of foreign legislation, changes in corporate and tax law
- Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company;
- Drafting agreements and supporting documents in different jurisdictions
- Communicating with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions.
- Preparation of analytical materials, commercial offers, expert opinions and comments
- 3+ years of work experience in a Ukrainian or international law firm / reputable in-house legal department;
- Ability to manage small projects and workstreams independently;
- Activity and responsibility in the performance of tasks, result-oriented;
- Good analytical skills, systematic approach and logical thinking;
- B2+ English;
- Fast learner;
- A keen eye for detail;
- Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve complex legal issues;
- Hard-working, well-organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience with AdTech/MarTech
