Strategy - Create and drive the PR strategy, boosting brand awareness.

Team - Hire, build, educate, lead, and mentor a PR team of 6+ people.

Budgeting - Manage budgets, ensure compliance with expense allocations, and provide reporting.

Brand - Develop the Evadav brand for both candidates and partners.

Events - Design and execute offline events.

Reports - Prepare reports on tasks and key PR metrics.

SMM - Grow the company’s social media presence.
3+ years of experience in a Head role, managing a team of 5+ people
Written and spoken English C1+
Media Relations & Reputation Management - Experience working with international media, industry publications, influencers, and managing the company’s public image.
Content & Brand Communications - Experience creating B2B content, write in English, and prepare company speakers.
Digital PR & Analytics - Experience with SEO-PR, monitoring mentions, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
Event PR - Being able to organize participation in global conferences, prepare presentations and media kits.
Crisis Communications - Ability to do crisis planning, handling negative coverage, and rapid response.
Tools & Technology - Knowledge of how to use of PR platforms, SMM tools, and analytics systems.
HR Brand - Experience in building and promoting employer brand.
