We are looking for a driven and results-oriented CPA Manager to build and scale our performance marketing (CPA) department. You’ll be responsible for attracting new affiliates, managing key partnerships, and ensuring traffic quality and ROI. Your goal is to grow the department to a $1M/month revenue benchmark while keeping acquisition costs under control.

Partner Acquisition:

Develop and execute strategies to attract new traffic partners (webmasters, affiliate teams).

Research affiliate market trends and outreach channels.

Identify, contact, and onboard new partners.

Present and negotiate offer terms.
Partner Management:

Support current affiliates with traffic setup and scale.

Provide guidance on offer selection and optimization.

Build strong, long-term relationships with partners.
Traffic Quality Control:

Analyze incoming traffic and conversion quality.

Identify and block suspicious sources.

Collaborate with anti-fraud systems.

Must-Haves:

2+ years in affiliate or CPA marketing with proven results.

Deep understanding of CPA/CPL/CPS/RevShare models, funnels, and attribution logic.

Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Voluum).

Prior experience in the Utilities vertical.

English proficiency (B2+ level).

Excellent communication skills and relationship-building mindset.
