Building a strong team of media buyers for SCAD sources (FB, TikTok, Google) and establishing efficient traffic acquisition processes to meet predefined KPIs.
Job Responsibilities of a Media Buyers Team Lead
👥 Team Formation and Development
✅ Recruiting, onboarding, and training new media buyers.
✅ Mentoring, upskilling, and developing the team's professional competencies.
✅ Creating a motivation and KPI system for media buyers.
✅ Ensuring quality control and assisting with complex cases.
📈 Managing Advertising Campaigns
✅ Developing traffic acquisition strategies and overseeing their execution.
✅ Optimizing ad campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.
✅ Monitoring key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and improving them.
✅ Scaling successful advertising strategies.
💡 Exploring New Opportunities and Testing Hypotheses
✅ Analyzing advertising trends and implementing new traffic acquisition strategies.
✅ Generating hypotheses and conducting A/B tests to improve efficiency.

✅ Implementing auto-rules, retargeting, and Lookalike audiences.

Required Competencies for a Media Buyers Team Lead

✅ Experience in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads for mobile apps – deep understanding of auction systems, bid strategies, and campaign optimization.
✅ Strong knowledge of analytics and tracking – confident use of Appsflyer, Adjust, GA, and BI systems.
✅ Scaling expertise – launching and managing large-scale ad campaigns with budgets from $100K per month.
✅ Understanding of marketing funnels – knowledge of key lead generation and e-commerce sales stages.
✅ A/B testing experience – testing audiences, creatives, offers, and traffic acquisition strategies.
✅ Experience with Lookalike audiences and retargeting – effective use of Facebook, TikTok, and Google algorithms.
✅ Automation skills – working with automated traffic acquisition systems and setting up auto-rules.
