Build, lead, and scale delivery teams, including media buyers, project managers, account managers, ad ops, and QA specialists.

Design and implement end-to-end operational processes:

Lead intake → research → creative development → campaign setup → optimization → dashboards → reporting → client renewals.

Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including margin, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality scoring.

Oversee client success and account management functions to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Manage large teams (20–150 specialists), including hiring, coaching, and retaining top-performing media buyers.

Lead day-to-day campaign management across platforms: Google Display, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Taboola/Outbrain (white-only).

Implement AI tools for creative automation, lead routing, scoring, and bidding optimization.

Deep understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and paid media campaign management.

Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams in a fast-paced agency environment.

Strong operational skills with experience in process design, workflow optimization, and reporting frameworks.

Strategic business acumen, including P&L management, financial control, and growth planning.

Expertise with major advertising platforms: Google Display, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Taboola/Outbrain (white-only).

Knowledge of client success strategies, account management, and client retention tactics.

Familiarity with AI-driven tools for marketing automation, creative optimization, and performance analysis.
