We are looking for a RTB Manager to drive maximum RTB traffic monetization: balancing supply and demand, managing bidding strategies, and developing partnerships with SSPs and DSPs.
1. SSP Partner Management

Daily communication with SSP partners
-
Monitoring and analyzing traffic quality
-
Identifying “blind spots” in traffic monetization
-
Onboarding new partners or reactivating previous ones
-
Conducting negotiations and agreeing on commercial terms
2. DSP Partner Management
-
Managing relationships with existing DSP partners
-
Sourcing and onboarding new DSPs, negotiating cooperation terms
-
Analyzing DSP performance based on key metrics
-
Working with fill rate and discrepancy
3. Analysis, Optimization, and Scaling
-
Daily analysis of key metrics
-
Identifying growth opportunities and anomalies
-
Making data-driven decisions
-
Scaling successful setups
-
Market monitoring and competitive analysis

Launching pilot integrations and tests
-
Understanding of RTB auction architecture

Experience working with SSPs and DSPs
-
Understanding of first-price and second-price auctions
-
Strong knowledge of key metrics: win rate, bid rate, fill rate, eCPM, CTR, CR, ROI, margin

Experience working with large datasets and analytical dashboards

Negotiation skills

Account management and partner development skills
