Building and Organizing the HR Department

Maintaining and developing the HR department structure (roles, areas of responsibility, KPIs).

Ensuring the sustainable operation of key HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluation, and motivation.

Supervising the automation of HR processes (ATS, LMS, HRIS) after the development strategy is agreed upon.

Regular auditing and updating of regulations and internal policies.
HR Strategy Development for Projects

Leading and participating in the updating of the HR strategy synchronized with Evadav's business projects.

Maintaining the organizational development model and competency growth.

Updating the organizational structure and HR documents as the company scales.

Consulting managers on organizational design and team structure.
Development and Launch of the Leadership Development System

Supervising the assessment and development system of managerial competencies.

Supporting and developing the Leadership Development Program (LDP).

Managing the talent pool, career tracks, and internal promotions.

Fostering a culture of mentoring and managerial support.
HR Brand Strategy
-
Supporting the company's positioning in the labor market (in collaboration with marketing).

Maintaining the relevance of EVP and the HR brand platform.

Initiating and conducting campaigns for employee attraction and retention.

Systematic development of corporate culture as a tool for HR branding.
Implementation of Key HR Metrics and KPIs

Defining the HR performance measurement system (KPI, OKR).

Examples of metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, eNPS, retention rate, L&D ROI.

Automating data collection and visualization in HR dashboards.
