We’re looking for a data-driven and independent Senior Data Analyst who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will take full ownership of analytics pipelines, work closely with product and business teams, and proactively improve operations through deep data exploration. This role requires critical thinking, advanced technical skills, and a strong sense of product and business impact.

Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills

  • Own the full cycle of report development:

    • Define hypotheses and design reports that impact business decisions.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate needs and adjust solutions.

    • Build PoC dashboards and test with users.

    • Deploy, maintain, iterate, and decommission reports as needed.

  • Independently test business hypotheses and offer ready-to-implement improvements.

  • Write and maintain code for analytics experiments (scraping, API integrations, automation scripts, etc.).

  • Contribute to internal product development involving AI, statistics, and algorithmic components.

  • Run ad-hoc investigations into profit drops, system failures, and operational anomalies.

  • Build monitoring systems to detect and escalate business-critical anomalies early.

Must-Haves:

  • Experience: 5+ years in data analytics

  • English level: B1+

  • Expert-level SQL skills with experience working on billion-row datasets.

  • Confident Python user for data manipulation, visualization, and analysis.

  • Proven ability to identify insights independently and improve processes based on data.

  • Regular use of AI tools for query generation and data handling.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience leading analytics teams.

  • Competitive programming background or olympiad wins.

  • Prior work in high-tech niches (e.g., HFT, anti-fraud, large-scale scraping, poker bots).

  • “Hacker” mindset: resourceful, curious, and able to extract data in non-obvious ways - without relying on clean APIs or perfect specs.
