Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills

  • Set up, optimize and scale ad campaigns

  • Analyze search flows and monitor traffic quality 

  • Finding and testing new funnels

  • Leading a team

  • Writing plans and reports

  • Achieve personal KPIs

  • Actual experience in launching, managing and optimizing Google UAC ad campaigns for 2+ years 

  • Experience in driving traffic through UAC to mobile apps (Utilities, Android/IOS)

  • Experience with Google Analytics/Appsflyer/Branch and/or other analytics tools 

  • Ability to gather test results (advertising), draw conclusions and suggestions for further action

  • Experience running ads on large budgets $50k+ per month

  • Successful experience mentoring/managing a team

  • English B1+

  • Independence, ability to analyze results, multi-tasking skills
