EVADAV TRAFFIC GROUP is a full-service media buying and advertising company developing ad products. Our team spans globally, with talents from the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Israel, Poland, and beyond, broadcasting decades of proven records, and unparalleled expertise in the digital & advertising realms. We’re looking for a proactive Publisher/Hunter Manager who can independently find and connect new publishers to our ad network, launch their traffic, and grow these partnerships.
- Find websites and other platforms suitable for monetization through our advertising network
- Identify website owners and decision-makers responsible for monetization
- Proactively reach out to potential partners via email, messengers, social media, and other channels
- Analyze websites, including GEO, traffic volume, traffic sources, and traffic quality
- Recommend suitable advertising formats: Popunder, Push, In-Page, Banner, Native
- Negotiate and agree on commercial terms of cooperation
- Coordinate testing and ad code implementation together with the relevant teams
- Monitor the website launch and the start of traffic coming into the ad network
- Manage deals, contacts, and communication history in the CRM
- Work with newly connected partners: support the launch, maintain communication, and develop the partnership
- Experience working with publishers, webmasters, and website owners
- Ability to independently identify potential partners, find their contacts, and reach out to decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- English proficiency sufficient for business correspondence and negotiations
- Ability to work with a CRM and understand basic commercial metrics
- Independence and proactive approach: the role involves not only processing incoming leads but also identifying and creating new partnership opportunities
- Willingness to work with adult traffic and adult websites as well
