We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Business Partner to join our Warsaw office and ensure seamless HR processes across both our Consulting and Ad Network businesses. 

 

Role Purpose:

To drive business growth by building and leading a full-cycle Talent Management strategy, while owning and developing a structured Performance Management framework. This role is critical for onboarding, developing, retaining, and empowering top talent - with clear alignment to business outcomes.

Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers
 • Manage the entire Talent Management cycle, including:
• Onboarding and adaptation
• Goal setting and performance management
• Career development and growth planning
• Retention and employee engagement
• Exit interviews and recommendations for improvement
 • Design and implement a full Performance Management cycle:
• Goal alignment and cascading
• Mid-year and annual performance reviews
• Regular feedback and 1:1 frameworks
• Competency assessments (OKR, KPI)
• Action planning based on review results (development, retention, reward)
 • Analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide insights to the business
 • Co-create motivational and development programs with team leads
 • Facilitate coaching and mentoring for line managers
 • Support hiring, onboarding, performance review, and succession planning
 • Promote a culture of clarity, feedback, growth, and accountability

• 3+ years of experience as HR Business Partner / Generalist in a business-oriented environment
 • Deep understanding of the Performance Management cycle: design, rollout, evaluation (e.g., OKR, KPI, 360° reviews)
 • Hands-on experience in onboarding, adaptation, career pathing, and L&D initiatives
 • Solid knowledge of employee lifecycle, HR analytics, eNPS, turnover, and engagement tracking
 • Strong Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleForce)
 • Ability to influence and support senior leadership
 • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
 • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to Have:
 • Experience in international or tech/digital companies
 • English level - Intermediate or higher
 • Hands-on work with PeopleForce or similar performance management platforms
 • Coaching or L&D certifications (ICF, SHRM, CIPD, etc.)
