Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills

 

  • Lead generation for markets: America, European Union, Asia, CIS and secure new business opportunities in key verticals: igaming, finance, dating, utilities, applications, and leadgen.

  • Involving new advertisers into project ecosystem.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy and marketing departments.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to create cohesive and effective growth strategies.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets.

 

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the advertising, digital marketing, or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of online advertising models (CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.) and general understanding of the online campaign optimization.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong professional relationships.

  • Track record with verticals igaming, finance, dating, utilities, applications, leadgen.

  • Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive business decisions.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, and proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis tools.

  • A team player with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Fluent (C1 as min) in English, with additional languages being a significant plus.
