We are seeking a skilled professional to conduct in-depth research on creative approaches, analyze target audiences and market trends, and develop textual concepts for static and video creatives across various platforms (preferably Facebook).

Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills

  • Conduct comprehensive research on audiences and market trends to identify consumer perceptions and competitive landscapes.

  • Develop creative text strategies and approaches for social media ads, including:

   - Text for creatives (static/dynamic)

   - Voiceover script

   - UGC scripts

   - Headlines and primary ad copy (optional)

  • Source examples and visual references when necessary.

  • Proofread texts to ensure compliance with platform/provider policies.

  • Experience in arbitrage, preferably in a related field.

  • Proven experience as a copywriter or similar role involving text creation. Ability to apply persuasive techniques to influence audiences through copy.

  • Fluency in written English.

  • Experience developing creative text strategies for social media ads. Familiarity with creating ad creatives specifically for Facebook/TikTok.

  • Knowledge of key metrics for analyzing advertising creatives.

  • Strong ability to conduct market analysis: trends, competitors, and audience insights.

  • Confident use of spy tools for research and analysis.

  • A portfolio showcasing creative campaigns.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with platform policies.

- Experience working with AI.

- Experience writing scripts for UGC creators.
