How to participate in the program

Got a candidate to recommend?
1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Employee Referral."
2. Include the following information in the email:

Contact details (email and phone/Telegram)

3. Wait for a response.
What’s next?

HR will review the referral and contact the candidate.

If the candidate is relevant, the HR team will add the referrer to the system and send you an email with login details.

The system will display the candidate and their status.
Bonus payment conditions
The bonus is paid if the candidate completes the probationary period (1-3 months). The bonus amount depends on the position level:

Junior – $100

Middle – $200
-
Senior – $300
-
Team Lead / Head – $400
-
C-level – $500
⚠️ A person can only be referred once. If the candidate has already applied directly to the company or has been previously referred by someone else, the bonus will not be paid.
