Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Recruiter to join our Recruitment Course in our office in Prague, CZ.
As a Trainee Recruiter, you will receive hands-on training and support to develop your skills in talent acquisition, sourcing, and candidate management. - Sourcing Candidates: Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening Resumes: Review incoming applications, resumes, and CVs to identify potential candidates that meet job requirements.
- Initial Interviews: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Job Advertisements: Help create and post job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Database Management: Keep recruitment databases and CRM systems up to date with candidate information and statuses.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory). Relevant studies in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or similar fields are a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders, with a focus on customer service.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and job boards. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Proactive & Eager to Learn: A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Desirable Qualities:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or HR is a plus but not required.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping others find the right job fit.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues.
