We are looking for a Control Manager to strengthen the quality of operational processes. The main mission is to monitor and improve project team performance indicators, ensure data accuracy, and maintain reliable reporting.

1. Monitoring and Control of Operational Activities:
-
Monitoring employee productivity and working hours across all projects in the time-tracking system
-
Interaction with the HR department and team leads when labor discipline violations are identified
-
Identifying violations, timely notification of responsible parties, and monitoring issue resolution
2. Reporting and Analytics:
-
Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
-
Automation of reporting processes and creation of operational reports
3. Processes and Documentation:
-
Development and updating of instructions in Confluence for the operations department
-
Studying, documenting, and maintaining knowledge of business units’ activities and employees’ functional responsibilities

Creating Excel reports upon business request
4. Process Optimization and Development:
-
Developing proposals to optimize the Control Department’s performance and improve internal processes
-
Intermediate level of Excel / Google Sheets
-
Strong data verification skills, attention to detail, ability to process large volumes of information
-
Analytical mindset and ability to conduct data analysis
-
English level B1+ (spoken communication, correspondence, reporting)

Remote work
Nice to Have:

Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, AppScript, or other BI tools

Experience in reporting and analytics automation

Skills in processing large datasets
