- Experience with payment systems: Unlimit(cardpay), Payoneer, Paypal, Paxu
- Experience with audit reporting (Cyprus is required) will be an advantage - Georgia, Hong Kong, Czech Republic; interaction with auditors on reporting preparatio
- Experience in preparing PL, CF, Balanc
- Confident knowledge of financial and management accounting principle
- English B1+ (communication with auditors and banks
- Experience in IT, marketing, arbitrage (desirable
- Higher education (finance, economics, accounting and auditing)
Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills
Functional responsibilities:
Treasury block management:
- payment of wires, communication with banks, preparation of responses to requests
- preparation of Cash Flow (plan/actual)
- control of the payment block (statuses/transactions)
- preparation of payment calendar, monitoring of implementation
Management of the Non-Residents block:
- control over the preparation of Invoices, timely provision to auditors for the preparation of audit reports
- checking the correctness of Invoices data, reconciliation with accounting systems
- communication with auditors on all issues
- VAT control
- checking audit reports
Block management reporting:
- preparation of PL (plan/actual) preliminary
- Balance preparation preliminary
- checking and analyzing transactions for reporting
- conducting transactions to accrue income and expenses (part)
- other functional responsibilities related to management reporting and report preparation
Team management: there will be 1-2 employees subordinate to you
- Experience working in one of the accounting systems (CRM) (1C, BAS, SAP, Odoo, Oracle)
- Confident Excel user
- Knowledge of international reporting standards IFRS
