Position: SMM Manager
Location: Prague, Czech Republic (Office near Powder Tower & Palladium)
Mobility: Open to international travel
Language: Good Spoken English (B2+)

What you will do:
- Grow and manage LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
- Create, distribute, and optimize engaging content
- Run paid leadgen ad campaigns to attract candidates (Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Build and promote the company’s HR brand (internal & external)
- Cover international industry conferences (photo/video content, PR)
- Place job listings in Telegram groups, job boards, and industry platforms
- Manage internal Telegram channels of the company projects
- Social Media, Content Marketing or PR background
- Activity and open mindset
- Fluent Spoken English (B2+)
- Flexibility & Readiness for International Travel
- Paid Ads & Lead Generation expertise (PPC, targeting, traffic arbitrage) is a plus
- Experience in the affiliate, traffic arbitrage, digital marketing industries would be an advantage
- Event participation & PR knowledge
