Create bright, clear, and performance-driven UA video creatives for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) that effectively attract and convert users.
Assistance in building the creative process, evaluating the quality of the design team.

Create and animate UA video creatives (6–30 sec)

Animate text, UI elements, icons, simple characters
-
Adapt creatives for different formats and placements
-
Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance metrics
-
Collaborate closely with marketing and the creative producer
Must-have:
-
Strong proficiency in modern AI tools
-
Confident user of After Effects (main tool)
-
Ability to create simple, clean, and highly readable animations
-
Understanding of UA creatives and performance-driven video
-
Working with text (hooks, CTAs, visual accents)
-
Exporting videos for Meta / TikTok / YouTube
-
Working with pre-made assets (PSD, Figma, footages)
Nice-to-have:

Photoshop — basic skills (asset prep, minor edits)

AI tools for creative production (image/video generation, upscaling, voice, subtitles, etc.)

Experience with apps

Basic editing and sound skills (cuts, transitions, music timing)

Understanding of A/B testing for creatives

Adapting creatives for different markets
