Set up and manage ad campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, Push and Pop networks

Optimize campaigns to achieve high ROI and scale to profitable volumes

A/B test creatives, landing pages, and new angles

Brief and coordinate with designers and copywriters on ad creative production

Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable reports across all traffic channels

Solid experience working with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Push/Pops traffic

Hands-on experience promoting mobile applications (especially utility apps)

Proven ability to scale ad campaigns with $100K+ monthly spend

Strong understanding of what creatives convert best and how to brief creative teams effectively

Confident with performance analytics and media buying dashboards
