Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills
  • full employee lifecycle: preboarding, onboarding, adaptation, termination
  • Performance review
  • administration of the PeopleForce HR system
  • providing regular 1-2-1s, consolidate information and transfer it to HR with proposals for solving employee cases
  • involvement in activities, such as congratulating employees on their birthday, corporate events
  • payroll calculation 
  • collaboration with L&D, Finance, Legal departments
  • Experience of at least 2 years in the positions: HR Manager, HR Specialist, HR Generalist, PP, BP,
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage work time in a multitasking environment
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes
  • Flexibility in approaches to solving problems and readiness to find non-standard solutions in new situations
  • Experience in providing full employee lifecycle
  • Critical and analytical thinking
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • B1+ English level
