We are looking for a Head of HR for our AdNetwork business unit to: 

  • Drive profit growth by building, scaling, and managing high-performing performance teams
  • Turn teams into a predictable profit engine through strong hiring, performance management, and fast replacement of underperformers
Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills
  • Ensure fast and efficient hiring for the AdNetwork team, focusing on quality, time-to-hire, and business impact
  • Scale teams through systematic hiring and fast ramp-up to productivity (time-to-productivity)
  • Drive team performance by implementing and improving performance management systems (KPIs, regular reviews, feedback)
  • Manage employee performance: identify low performers and make decisions on development, rotation, or replacement
  • Retain key employees and proactively manage risks of losing top performers
  • Build and optimize hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and development processes with measurable outcomes
  • Develop managerial skills of team leads and managers (prioritization, team management, decision-making)
  • Partner with leadership on people management and organizational decisions
  • Develop internal training tools
  • Work with HR and business metrics (hiring funnel, conversion, retention, performance) to drive decisions
  • Strengthen employer brand in the AdNetwork market to attract top candidates
  • 5+ years of experience in HR / Recruitment within fast-growing performance / affiliate / digital companies
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end hiring focused on speed (time-to-hire) and candidate quality
  • Proven track record of closing complex and competitive roles (media buyers, creative strategists, team leads)
  • Experience building and implementing performance management systems (KPIs, reviews, feedback)
  • Experience managing low and high performers (diagnostics, development, replacement decisions)
  • Experience improving time-to-productivity
  • Experience building onboarding, retention, and development processes with measurable impact
  • Experience reducing attrition and managing retention of key employees
  • Experience assessing and developing managerial skills of team leads and managers
  • Experience building or developing internal training programs / academies
  • Strong analytical skills with HR and business metrics (hiring funnel, conversion rates, retention, performance)
  • Experience building and optimizing HR processes in fast-scaling environments
  • Experience strengthening employer brand in a competitive affiliate / performance market
  • Proficiency with modern sourcing, assessment, and candidate management tools
