Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills

  • Develop and implement the core business strategy for the Apps division (Utilities)

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing studio and development team

  • Define and track KPIs to measure business performance, preparing analytical reports on operations

  • Collaborate with the executive team as a strategic partner to build infrastructure supporting company growth

  • Ensure product and operational strategies are successfully executed and aligned with company goals

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile iOS utilities

  • Strong understanding of subscription-based utility apps market

  • Proven experience in team leadership and operations management

  • P&L ownership, budgeting, and revenue management expertise

  • Ability to define, analyze, and utilize KPIs to drive performance

  • Skilled in preparing operational and analytical reports

  • Fluent English
